Self-Care Sundays 

Apany liye waqt nikalna seekhein

Har hafte ki daud bhaag mein hum aksar sab ko time dete hain — kaam, ghar, family — lekin apne liye waqt nikalna yaad hi nahi rehta. Is liye "Self-Care Sunday" ek aisa concept hai jo humein yaad dilata hai ke hum bhi important hain.

Chaliye dekhtay hain kuch simple aur soulful tareeqay jisse aap apni Sunday ko ek mini retreat bana sakti hain.

 1. Slow Morning – Bina jaldi ke din ka aaghaz

Sunday ko alarm band rakhein. Jaagne ke baad 5 minutes ke liye gratitude practice karein. Khud se yeh kahen:
“Aaj ka din mere liye hai. I choose peace and joy.”

Tip: Ek garam cup of green tea ya apni favorite herbal chai ke saath balcony mein thora waqt guzariye.

 2. Skin Care Ritual – Khud se pyaar ka aik tareeqa

Ek relaxing DIY facial try karein:

  • Gentle cleanser se start karein

  • Exfoliate softly

  • Face mask lagayein (multani mitti + rose water = perfect glow)

  • Moisturize aur thora face massage

Pro tip: Face roller ya gua sha ka use karein for extra relaxation.

 3. Reading Time – Apni ruh ko bhi nourish karein

Aik achi book lein — chahe woh fiction ho, poetry ho ya self-help. Kuch suggestions:

  • “The Forty Rules of Love” by Elif Shafak

  • “Atomic Habits” by James Clear

  • Urdu mein: Parveen Shakir ya Bano Qudsia ki koi kitaab

 4. Aromatherapy Bath – Stress ko wash away karein

Agar mumkin ho to ek relaxing bath lein:

  • Lukewarm water

  • Essential oils (lavender ya eucalyptus)

  • Soft music in background

Aik scented candle jalayein aur sirf khud se connect hone ki koshish karein.

5. Reflect + Plan – Inner peace aur next week ka balance

Sham ke waqt ek journal open karein aur yeh likhein:

  • 3 cheezain jin ka aap shukr ada karti hain

  • Next week ke 3 simple goals

Yeh chhoti si practice aapko centered aur calm feel karwaegi.

 Conclusion:

Self-care ka matlab sirf luxury nahi, zarurat hai. Har Sunday thoda waqt khud ke liye nikaalna koi selfish act nahi, balkay ek loving reminder hai ke aap bhi deserve karti hain sukoon aur khushi.
