1. Cleanse Your Skin – چہرہ دھونا

 Wash your face twice daily to remove dirt, oil, and pollution. Use a gentle face wash suited to your skin type.
 دن میں دو بار چہرہ دھونا ضروری ہے تاکہ مٹی، تیل اور آلودگی صاف ہو جائے۔ اپنی جلد کے مطابق نرم فیس واش استعمال کریں۔


2. Moisturize – موئسچرائزر لگائیں

 Use a good moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated and soft. Even oily skin needs moisture.
ایک اچھا موئسچرائزر استعمال کریں تاکہ جلد نم اور نرم رہے۔ چکنی جلد کو بھی نمی کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے۔


3. Use Sunscreen – سن اسکرین کا استعمال

 Always apply sunscreen before going outside to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.
باہر جانے سے پہلے ہمیشہ سن اسکرین لگائیں تاکہ جلد سورج کی نقصان دہ شعاعوں سے محفوظ رہے۔
